 Safe and Drug Free Communities Grant Program (SFDC) 

The purpose of the grant program is to develop and implement drug and violence prevention and early intervention activities for youth including:

1)  Activities that complement and support a local educational agency.

2)  Activities, including developing and implementing activities to prevent and reduce
     violence as associated prejudice and intolerance.

3)  Dissemination of information about drug and violence prevention.

4)  Development and implementation of community-wide drug and violence prevention, planning, and
     organizing.
