 Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grant Progarm - Title V (JJ-Title V) 

The goal of this program is reduction of delinquency by supporting community collaboration that allows communities to provide their children, families, and institutions with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to foster a healthy and nurturing environment, which in turn, leads to the development of a productive and responsible citizenry.
